Q: What is a FAQ?
A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."  (Yes, I really has to explain it before)

Q: What happens if I don't do my work?
A: You fail, my class, your 8th grade year, maybe your life.
Q: Will I have homework?
A: Only if YOU fail to use your time wisely in class.  I don't give homework!  The only homework you will have is if you don't do your work in class.

Q: Do you dress up as people in History?
A: I do sometimes dress as the people of the era we are studying did.  Don't miss class.  Ever.

Q: Am I allowed to go behind your desk or touch things on your desk?
A: No, violators will be shot on site. Hangings, Tar n' feathering's, or detentions are also options
Q: What is this Treasure Hunt you have?
A: Every early spring between Feburary and March; I have a Treasure Hunt with combines things learned in the classroom teamwork, and pioneering skills.

Q: Why do you have a wood stove in your class?
A: In case it gets cold.

Q: I heard the Texas flag is the only state flag that is allowed to fly at the same height as the U.S. flag.?
A: THIS IS A LEGEND and is NOT TRUE.. Neither the Joint Resolution for Annexing Texas to the United States nor the Ordinance of Annexation contain any provisions regarding flags. Also, According to the United States Flag Code, any state flag can be flown at the same height as the U.S. flag; the U.S. flag should be on its right (the viewer's left), however.
